Remeber its gonna probably be one of the last nice weather meets for the remainder of the year, so let make an effort. As you know many classics turn up for this meet and its really a nice evening checking out the cars.
My car WILL be making a appearence.
So put your name down if you are hoping to make it.

If you are in the area why not join us? Its a bit of trek from west sussex but its a great night out.

You'll see me mate, I've put the engine back in the 914
, but haven't given it a test drive yet

Dyno,
I'm planning to come down tomorrow. It's a bit of a hike from Warwickshire but I've missed the last two Midlands meets, and I fancy finally meeting up with some of the DDK crowd. Plus the ACE has quite a history behind it, and I feel that us country bumpkins need to travel to the big smoke at least once in a lifetime...
The car's a bit filthy though - I haven't cleaned the sheep s#!t of it since my trip to Scotland. Still, it'll probably be twilight before I get there, so hopefully nobody will notice.....

Its gonna be a good one..
gonna bring the 11 as today its having a tighten, time and valve adjust as and it could do with a "road test"
and in the last few days its had new shocks all round, 2 new calipers, new pads, 2 new flexi brake hoses, the wheels re-detailed, a fia harness put in and a front anti roll bar fitted so i'm keen to see how much better it handles.
(i kind of figured that painting and dent and ding removal can wait for a few more weeks)
