It looks a very nice original honest example.
I was reading over all the history of the owners and the previous sales in the US from 2010 onwards and it looks like a very un-messed with 911 with some desirable features and in one of the best colours. This is a much nicer honest car than the recent sepia example, but there you go, it’s 20k more expensive. It has lovely patina though and if it were me I go for this one over the sepia and negotiate hard. Looks like there’s wiggle room looking at its previous sales.
Regards
Mike

.
Why don't these Dealers get their descriptions proof-read by someone knowledgeable about these cars ?
"Additional Options Specified from Factory included an Electric Antenna and Fog Lights at an additional cost of $8059" !!!
"Safety Features: Electronic Stability Program (ESP)"
"Drive Side: Right-hand drive"
"Interior/Comfort Options: Central Locking"
"Reg. Date: 19690101"
.

USA-spec 911's always had an aerial on the left wing - most likely non-electric as the most common radios over there were Frankfurts.
I'd like to see more pics of the front slam panel but I'm not in the market for a car anyway.

There was never an electric aerial on the left wing in any market afaik because there is no room to fit under the wing. Standard aerial on that side but an electric always fitted on the right wing even in the USA.

99% sure this was at auction at the classic car show at excel a couple of years ago. I took a load of reference pics which I will dig out. It looked like a super nice example from the 10 mins I spent poking about at it.

Hi Ian
From my files from a previous sale in 2010. I usually save pictures from for sale ads wherever they appear on cars I like along with some of the details.
Great pictures from a couple of years ago ! Thanks for sharing. I think these show that this is still a very nicely preserved example with some very neat details which show it’s likely never been restored or been in an accident, the factory welds on the front wings for example, and the natural black showing through body colour in the engine bay.
And that does look like an electric aerial on the drivers side! I’ve never seen that before. Wonder what type it is? The typical period Hirschmann antennas won’t fit under the wing.
Nice car.
Regards
Mike

Do you remember what was the mileage in 2010? I'm wondering why the seat got scratched. Dog paws?
