915 conversion

After consideration i think i may go down the 915 route in my 69, can i use the original shifter etc and driveshafts or do i need different ones, cheers in advance

I don't have the answers you need, but repeat your question in the tech section too, might attract the more techie types?
I think a few on here have put the bigger 915 into the earlier body and the tunnel will need some light thumping to get clearances etc.
Reverse is in a different place on the 915 to the 901 so doubt the shifter will work due to reverse 'lock-out' spring location.
You need to get good advice on the flywheel/clutch and CV items from someone else than me.

The gear lever rod has to be shortened by 18mm when using a 915 box.
