Early SWB door handles on later doors ?

Anyone know if the older (push-button) door handles are a direct swap onto later doors ?

Hi All - I bought them, and yes they do fit, but you need different rubber gaskets as the later ones look pants on the early handles.
I've now got a pair of re-chromed later handles for sale...
