Second year of this event apparently.
This year located at Stowe House ( not far from Junction 10 M40 or Silverstone) Supposedly for Porsche competition cars and those cars with a competition flavour. Ridiculously expensive: £25 for the ticket, £12 for parking in Porscheparkplatz ( I think this is the "willy waving" parking area) and £3 fee for sending a ticket and administration.
In early November so the weather could be awful. Despite the cost I have a ticket as there has been so little to go to this year for obvious reasons.

Last year at Donnington Hall it was a nice laid back event. I imagine November might be interesting

Thanks for alerting me to this. November is fine for me. We all need adventure, they were built to drive, and you only live once. Hopefully Covid won’t get me before then.

It should be a good event,i was at last years, nov could be a issue with the weather ,but covid caused the date!
If you can get your self along to the track day at dony before, we had some tasty cars out, if you think the day at stow house is expensive, don't book the track day unless you have a few cars, it thens turns out to be good value.

I wonder if this will be cancelled due to the new Covid rules? Only allowing 6 people in social gatherings.

I'm now booked it may be a bit of a chain key dangling event but I am always willing to try something once and they may have backed off from the 6-person gatherings by then

So - a week away and I have been in correspondence with the organisers and all going ahead with additional Cov19 measures in place.
I am set for 8 hr+ ferry trip each way- Tango 914 is at Greatworth so will be my second spin!
So who else is going?
Opportunity to get out, see cars and people!
