I'm looking for a fuel pump for my MFI conversion. Available new from the likes of type 911 for around £660. Anyone got a good used one?
Also looking for the mounting hardware as well.

Graham, a used fuel pump may not be a good option unless you can test it before hand to ensure it is delivering sufficient fuel to supply the MFI pump. ( presume you are aware that an MFI fuel.pump is different to carbs). Just because the pump rotates and pumps fuel does not mean it has sufficient delivery capacity. Old fuel pumps are also prone to leaking. New pumps are expensive but I got a better deal at my local OPC than anywhere else. (£525 a year ago). The mounting hardware is available from OPC too.

I would. I bought a couple of used ones before giving up. They leak.
BTW having been through that and dismantled a pump or two I disliked the original design so much that I bought something aftermarket. Doesn't look exactly the same, but works well and fits in the space. It's hidden away next to the steering rack under the guard plate anyway, so not too offensive to the eye.

Got this T-shirt - don't skimp on the pump - buy the correct unit or an over-spec after market. MFI needs to be fed properly.

Ditto. 3 pumps restored by "so called specialist" none working. New from Porsche.

I'm definitely getting a bit of a consensus here. Perhaps I should try new from Porsche?

my original leaked. I rebuilt it and it leaked from somewhere different.

I bough a new porsche one from Type 911. Not cheap but some degree of peace of mind.

Hi I have a RS fuel pump in good working order £ 300.00 ? if not happy will except return?

The fuel flow rate from the fuel pump for delivery to the MFI should be a minimum of 1000cc per 30 seconds. Just found my notes from testing my new pump.
