Hi all, I am in the process of retiring and finishing up my complete overhaul and transformation of my '89 (early) 911 Carrera, yet another backdate but with a few twists.
I have fitted a G50 six speed to the car which was a lot of work, but it ought to be a fine fit to the planned 3.4 litre engine, complete with PMO ITB's, Motec engine management, Eisenmann Exhaust and completely new parts throughout including case, P/C's. crankshaft, Dougherty DC35 cams etc etc etc.
The car is a nice Dutch orange, has had the drip rails removed, sunroof removed and is being equipped with a full on Elephant Racing suspension including ASP in the rear.
I will start a new thread in the near term to show off what I am doing and perhaps get some wise advice from the people on this forum.
Oh, yeah, I am actually Dutch....but lived in Canada for most of my life...hopefully that is not too big of a liability!
Dennis
