Finding Vin from reg

Does anyone know how to find the Vin from a Registration in the days of GDPR - not for unscrupulous reasons - I have had my lease BMW 5 series hybrid stolen and I am trying to log onto BMW connected drive but the lease company have the V5

Phone up the garage that services it, it will be on any receipt they have issued you with, and will be on their computer. As a named customer they should be ale to give it to you, especially if you explain the circumstances.
Its also in the service book / manual

Its a 19 plate car - KW19 KWH - so no service history and manual was in car......
Which HPI check shows Vin from entering registration - thanks?

The supplying dealer then?
I think HPI themselves are the only company that store it, the other cheaper ones ask you to confirm the VIN from the logbook or VIN plate which you do not have.

If I do a vehicle search by reg on the EuroCarParts site I am given the VIN. WBAJA92060BV22653
