1973 911 rs

Hi
Can anybody tell me the correct standing height for the front and rear? :? It has recently been adjusted by "Porsche specialist" but now all corners are at different!! :evil: The fronts vary by 3/4". :? Cheers Tim

Wheel centre above centre of front torsion bar: Touring 108 mm, Sport 118 mm
Wheel centre below centreof rear transverse tube: Touring 12 mm, Sport 2 mm

As an approximate guide, the standard ride height (assuming 15" wheels fitted with std diameter tyres - eg 185/70 & 215/60 or 205/55 & 225/50) should be 25.5" front & 25" rear. These figures represent the distance from the ground to the highest point in the centre of the appropriate wheelarch.

Mark - unless you're running on 12" Fuchs (!!) I don't hink that your ride height can be anywhere near 19" :lol:

Way too low! crank it up another 6 inches! :lol:
