Main battery cable hose location

Hi, assembling '76 930, I'm looking for the location of a clear hose 20cm long that must go on the main battery cable around the torsion tube area.

Can't you just buy/use a piece of suitable diameter clear pvc tubing ?

I think the question is details of the location on the battery cable relative to the body of the car, not where to buy a replacement...

But trying to be helpful, the above link from Rennlist shows a battery cable diagram. Between items 14/15 and 16 there seems to be a plastic insulator/protective sleeve. Has someone used the plastic pipe as a replacement if that item broke? Seems to have two areas for bolts to hold it down, so its obviously passing over/by/near something that the cable needs protecting?

If it helps any, this is where the tube is located on my '79Targa's cable - this is the starter end.
