So sad to hear the news this morning. Very influential character during my teens, I too saw the prodigy at Beetle bash, bug jam and several other gigs, great times! RIP Keith :(

Very sad to hear this also. Followed them from the early days, big, big influence on myself and my music tastes as I was growing up.
Was delighted to learn in later years that Liam Howlett was a Porsche nut, just seemed to close the circle nicely...RIP.

A sad day. I was absorbed with the rave culture from the late 80s and Prodigy played a big part. Saw them many times, danced on stage once with them. Easy to dismiss bands like the Prodigy and Keith Flint’s influence on music but he was proper!

Reading reactions today you realise many feel the same and he’s one of those guys who’s influence and attitude will be even more admired now he’s gone - what a shame

Us men need to talk to each other more - whatever is going on in our lives.

RIP Firestarter

Remember the Bug Jam gig well, where he performed half the gig with us in the crowd. Have loved them ever since.

RIP Keith
I was also there with Glenn75S.
Along with half of DDK it seems.
Still listen to them now and will try to break the speakers in the car tomorrow morning by way of tribute

So sad.

I'm properly gutted. I've been thoroughly miserable all day hearing this news.

Prodigy's music and attitude is embedded in me, it's part of who I am. You've probably noticed...

I've seen them a lot but the last 3 gigs have been something special. Because at those I've been able to spend them in the 'pit' with my teenage daughter and she's absolutely loved it. A bonding moment where music transcended generations and her dad didn't seem so old and was cool again.

To not be able to do that again is gut wrenching. For my two lads to never experience it is disappointing to say the least.

I don't know what demons Keith had, but like everyone this seems to happen to he was such a nice bloke. Thoughts are with his family and friends :(

Suicide is the single biggest killer of young and middle aged men in the UK. That is really frightening. More of us die by choice than of any other reason and today just proves once again that no matter what you have you are not exempt from mental health issues.

I hope if anyone on here is suffering one day you please just try and call someone or send them a text, your life is precious and things can get better, even when it doesn't feel that way...

Thanks for the memories flinty and wherever you are tonight....F*CK ‘EM AND THEIR LAW!
