Anyone after a shark?

An RHD, 50k miles, kiln red, non sunroof, despoilered, 5 speed manual, 4.7, with non-shagged pasha.
That's a desirable but uncommon combo in the used 928 world. Early look, but more betterer in the schnell department.
No affiliation. Only flaw is transmission noise in first but a good bartering point.

Wow that ticks a lot of boxes for me.
What do you guys think it's worth (semi serious thoughts of bidding....)?

Its hard to say about value. When I was looking last year the early S manuals were probably mid teens, but Pasha was less popliar by '83 so the ones I saw were usually black on solid black or similar. Kiln is a nice colour, almost a bit modern though.

Having bought and sold 2 928s recently (a 78 auto and a 90 GT) I can say that they are easy to buy and difficult to sell. Small market for them, a lot of bad ones around, collectors want the best, low mileage examples.
Manual a lot more fun unsurprisingly. Parts expensive. Not as scary to work on as forums make out. The later cars are a big leap on in terms of power and refinement. The 78 was lovely to look at but was an old car. The 90 GT was fun to drive but they are a heavy car with a prodigious thirst.
Glad to have owned them, glad not to own them anymore.

Everyone needs to own a 928 just to remind them why they don't need to own a 928...

You guys are doing a good job of putting me off.....
Always loved the shape though. Just can't shake the desire to own one. Though it sounds like owning one would quickly kill that....

I’m really enjoying mine. But then, I do have a screw loose.
