Hi all! Anyone here a member of the Speedster Owners Club?
Is it any good? I only ask because I have to join a recognised club (guess where I'm going with this! ) to get a discount on my insurance. I don't know about others but Greenlight Insurance recognised the Speedster Owners Club but not DDK!
Is there any lobbying of Insurance companies by DDK members? If not maybe there should be - if enough of us got together, we should surely have the clout to demand discounted rates.
Just another annoyance to add to the growing list of gripes against Insurers.

Yes, I'm a member of the speedsters club, as well as DDK.
Membership is £15 a year, with a quarterly magazine.
Club attends stoneleigh kit car show, castle combe classic and sports car action day, TIPEC walton hall (ours was the 12 car speedster display), has an August pub gathering in Kent, goodwood revival in Sept. Also informal gatherings at Stoner Park, Volksworld etc..
Club is now actively supported by Chesil
