Pedal cluster - RHD only clutch spring?

Part number 901 423 318 00 - NLA from Porsche.
Can only find at Sportwagen Eckert but €85 by the time I get it delivered to Australia, wondering if anyone knows of another option?

BTW I thought you cd get previous UK owner info from DVLA?
