"Author of German citizenship" stamp in 1954 manual

My 1954 service manual has the stamp "Printed in Germany Author of German Citizenship" only on the separating pages for the "Lights and Electrical System" section and the "Data and Specifications" section.
Several people have guessed as to why this was put there so, no more guesses please.
if anybody has specific knowledge as to why this stamp was placed on those sections I would love to hear the reason. Thanks, Tom
