£27.5K seems like not a lot of money for a nice 912.

Makes me think that's not a lot of money for a nice 912.

I haven't seen the car 'in person' but the part in the description where it says the car has been owned by Gary for only 3 months likely had a bearing on the final sale price ...

Ha ha. Very funny. It was a good price. Bought it in Toronto, already 911 maxed out, so sent to back home.
I have 3 more cars coming over. A 1966 912, and two 356s (1960B and a 1964 SC) if anyone is interested.

If anyone wants to know more about the 356 cars (or the 912) please pm me with your email. I have a ppt deck with all the details. These cars are recently fully restored and in lovely condition.
If I can sell before listing on TCA site there would be no buyer’s premium, so well worth connecting ASAP.
The 912 is a 3 gauge 1966, matching numbers and colour. 5 speed.
The one 356 is a 1960 B coupe. Blue. Not matching, but period correct. Gorgeous condition.
The other 356 is a 1964 SC coupe. Blue. Not matching, with a 912 engine (virtually identical to SC). Absolutely perfect. Recent complete restoration too.
Any of the three cars would hold their own in shows.
Please do check out my long DDK history, and you will see I’ve been into early Porsche for many years. From other posts, you will see I am NOT a trader - just someone that came across an elder gentleman’s collection in Tennessee that needed to be sold. I bought three of the 15 cars.
The B was owned by the gentleman since 1977, for example. But due to his deteriorating health he needs to sell. I now live in Toronto, with William (my son) handling the shipping and imports.
Putting prices on these cars is difficult. I’m going to sell at what I think are decent for the buyer. Their condition is such that they will be priced at the upper end of the range of cars advertised recently. But these cars have had a lot of money spent on them and they are gorgeous. Thanks for reading.
