I had some sticky torsion bars, read all sorts of scary, hellish and maniac ways of removing them then did it my way, took 30 seconds a side.

Get an air hammer or as I had an SDS drill.

Attach a blunt point chisel bit.

Hammer in one side to push out the other, reinsert and go the other way.

Then back the first one and now it’s all freed off use a broom handle/pole/prodder to push out the remaining bar.

Done.
