A new high? I wonder how many of these cars get anywhere near their asking price.
Nice car, can only see two faults - paint behind horn grille should be black and those seats don't look right do they?

The seats look terrible and that steering wheel looks a bit stout. The original VDM had a fine appearance and a delicate proportion.
What are those oil lines over the top of the fan ?

if anyone vaguely keen on ,champagne yellow , fully restored, april '65,car running on original Solex etc ...1st owner top American footballer with associations to Jayne Mansfield , for those old enough to know who she was ,
used regularly here in UK at those levels or anywhere near i m sure my Son would be tempted to sell

Some all original low mileage cars have passed hands for more than that in last few years, usually behind closed doors though...
