Are they the same as a beetle or other classic vw? If not whete can i get one asap?

They're different, just specific to the 914. Fairly sure they're NLA now but a few places have reproductions. Don't know of anywhere in the UK though unfortunately. Sierra Madre and AASE Sales have them in the US.

Yep NLA, got mine from the US but bitter experience on cost, so try & combine it in a larger order. The new cover was about $20, but seller would ONLY do fedex outside USA, they stung me $60, then customs hit me on a 20% + handling charge. It ended up being an expensive little plastic cover
Try second hand on Samba or Pelican, or post a wanted ad on either or 914world (or even DDK) & get seller to stick in a jiffy bag USPS, unless anyone on here has a spare

I bought one recently from roger brey - about £20 with postage

I might have one as well as I changed the whole fuse panel. Ill have a look on Saturday....

Hopefully someone will have one because I'm not paying best part of £45 for one!

If you only want a fuse cover and not worried about having the symbols on it which were used on the 914 version then use the VW 12 fuse cover 111 937 555D which just has 1-12 on it.

It is only £2.44 from VW Heritage at the moment.

too late... just checked in the garage and I have one, it needs a clean but all good, no cracks etc.

Thanks for the update Andrew but as i have ordered a cover i'm happy for KAS to have yours.

The cover came and fits perfectly with each number directly above each fuse. I can live with that.
