More solex woes...

After finding that the old float was filling with petrol I ordered a replacement part from eurocarb. 3 weeks later and yet again the new float is full of petrol and carbs flooding as before. Are these copy parts just rubbish or is it just a bad float? Anyone had similar problems with these? Anyone got some genuine ones for sale, or know when of a higher quality part available?
At the time I ordered two so I've got the other one in for now but expect the same results in the next few weeks.

Second question, what have people found to be a good injector nozzle cc measurement setting with modern fuels? I've currently set it at 0.6cc for two strokes of the throttle. Manual says 0.45cc summer amd 0.65cc for winter. Would be intresting to find out.
