Csp bellcrank set up

I have the type 4 bellcrank linkage to replace the hexbar. The instructions are unclear and I'm stuck on the bars fitting at the carbs.

Does anyone have this fitted with 40idfs?

Could you show pictures to see how the plates fit on which carb?
