DDK - Die Deutschen Klassiker

We can't make it to Bo'ness again this year unfortunately, but we're going to Doune for the Championship event a fortnight later.
Great event, really well organised, and a mind-blowing course.
Anyone else going?? Raymond? Johnny? Brendan? Kitten?
If not entering, just come along to hurl abuse and enjoy the craic!

Hi Jonathan

I might have a wee go at Doune this year before Kit goes for some very light restoration work at the end of the month. I was blethering to one of the organisers at Bo'ness and even though the entry list is closed it should be possible for a very late entry. Weather dependent, I'll apply a few days before. Fingers crossed hope to see you then.

Try to get there as soon as you can on Friday so that you can walk the hill and see where everything is, there's a lot to take in!
You will get a guided tour up the hill on Saturday morning with one of the organising team.

Back from a interesting day at Doune. Great to see Jonathan after 3/4 years and meet Laura as well and of course Margaret. My second time at the event, I think the last time was in the mid 80's.

Good news is that Margaret is in good spirits and improved by over 10 seconds on her final run of the day. She was planning to replace the front wings during the winter anyway!
