Having completed the engine rebuild, there appears to be an oil leak from the engine case join, though I cannot be 100% certain. The oil is pooling above the crankshaft seal area. It would appear to be oil from the case somewhere behind the fan. Engine is now coming back out. Rather than stripping the engine down again to investigate, I thought about performing a pressure test of the oil side to see if the leak was evident prior to undertaking anything major. Anyone performed the test, any tips, thoughts??

Re: Oil leak from casing
If you took the fan off, can be done with engine still in car, you should be able to see the source
