Presumably, you're talking about a disc-brake 356, and yes, the early (and late too, I think) 911 used the same 12mm x 1.25 (as I recall) wheel stud as the 356. Plus, Porsche has a number of lengths available.
Of course, one could use anyone else's studs as well, I reckon.
Incidentally, you will, of course, want to allow for any spacers you might want to use.

No I am actually looking for studs for "B" drums.

To avoid confusion all 356 and 911 studs are M14 x 1.5
If I remember correctly 356A and B drum studs are 40mm long
Standard pre-impact 911 are 45mm long, there are various longer studs to accommodate spacers and different wheels.
Lengths are measured from under the flange.

Imagine that; my first mistake this year. Time sure flies, whether you're having fun or not.
Right you are, Mr.904GTS. Guess I had 280Zs on my mind...

When I fitted carrera spacers to my 356 A drums, i found 928 studs gave the extra length needed, but it was a long time ago and I can not remember the exact dimension.

Thanks David, but I'm sorted now, thanks.
