Engine grill letters

Hi all, I've now got my '74 2:0 litre back from being brought back to life by Angus at CamperCo and I'm looking at a few little things which are letting the side down now she has new fresh shiny red paint. One of which is the chrome/silver P O R S C H E letters on the engine grill. I remember replacing these many years ago on a previous 914 and I think I sourced from an OPC. Is this still possible and if not I'd appreciate suggestions of other sources? Has anyone found a way of refinishing the letters rather than buying a new set. Mine are in ok condition. Just a bit chipped and faded. Thanks in advance.

Porsche is probably your best option.

I think they are anodised and probably need polishing and re-anodising if you want them to look original so probably not worth the effort (though I've no idea how much a new set is these days).

I'm pretty sure I recall Darren C doing the same recently in his excellent build thread.

So are there any photos of your newly refreshed car for us to drool over?

Many thanks, photos to follow just need a little while to sort out how to post them. Have a few before and after as well.
