Knecht cans and rain guard

I'm currently running webbers with and K&N filters. I'm considering putting the knecht cans on by redrilling the base plates. My question is please, is there sufficient clearance with the boot lid rain guard on there also?

Did exactly the same on my 68 last year, and no issues.....
