911E (1973) engine lid grille restoration.

I need to separate the fixing bars so I can fit new captive screws, does anyone know a source of the rivets please, either originals or alternatives? ? I can't find a part number in PET and Rose Passion don't list them either.
I also need the rubber mounting washers and again can't find them listed anywhere.
