912 flywheel

Is the asymmetric 6 bolt spacing on a 912 flywheel the same as that of a 6 bolt flywheel on a 911?

912E type4 engine? a 912 engine is like a Beetle engine, a single gland nut

That's what I thought but are all 912 flywheels like that, all years? The below seems to say that they have the same flywheels as early 911's, i.e. with the asymmetrical 6 bolt pattern

912s have a single gland nut (same as a beetle), but 8 dowels to locate onto the crank (unlike a beetle which has 4)

The one in your pic I think is a 911
