Horn wiring 356a T1

The wires weren't connected when I took off. Where should the red and black connect?

Well that is strange. The red is live with 6v and the horn circuit. The black seems to be the ignition switch? The horn was on permanently because I hadn't reinstalled the cloth behind the horn button
