You'll need to cut off the terminal pins and crimp on the new ones with a decent crimping tool.

Quick google got me this for the pin out, if that helps

Ironically I'm replacing one of my bosch o2 sensors for my wego afr meter.

Probabally would have been easier to have just bought a new sensor direct from them with the deutsch fitting already in place.

So, I need new pins to crimp on.

Ben , do you have the pins as well as the deutsch fitting ? ( I might be able to reuse my current fitting ? )

You can usually reuse the fitting with new pins.

I've got crisps but they are tubular ones and the tool is mega bucks.. I can prob get you some "production" crimps but will have to check.

I have a ton of sockets / plugs and wedges

I do have loads of pre crimped bits of wire so can let you have a bunch of those if you are happy to solder them onto then ends of your wires. I can supply some glue lined shrinkwrap to help strain relief.. or feel free to post it to me and I can crimp with our £500 tool at work and post it back

Sorry just read your post properly.. if you already have a deutsch connector, pull the wedge out of the middle, then you can pop the pins out and re use the housing.. if you're not sure post a pic of the connector you have and ill explain how

I can get you some pins just let me know how many and whether m or f
