I would like to read this too Steve. Did you find out the price.? It never ceases to amaze me that people want to sell there cars but don't put the asking in the advert. The term " timewasters " has already started at the advert stage...!

Sorry Dave, have no idea of price (owner / seller wasn't with car and I'm not in the market so haven't called).

Hopefully someone will recall where the recent ad for the car was (possibly an auction description?)

It looks very nice from the photos.

They should put the advert up on here, if I was selling a car like this it would be one of the first places I'd advertise.
1966 VW Splitscreen Camper RHD walk-thru (never selling!)

1984 3.2 RSR Replica (sold)
1975 911S 2.7 - fitted with a 3.0 SC engine (sold)

From the half hidden advert on the picture it's not clear if it's a 67 or 68 car, from the door handle alone it suggest it's a 67 car. If so its the first 67S RHD car I have seen come onto the market in a long time

If you search for Victor's posts (pvmr) you'll find the info (I seem to recall a 'discussion' between him & Nick regarding whether it should be described as a '66 or '67 model) ...

Gotcha, thanks.

I have definitely see an ad or auction description for the car somewhere, I'm pretty sure (and it's driving me nuts that I can't recall  ).

Hi All,
Yes this is my car , and will be dealt with by Adrian Crawford at (Williams Crawford Ltd tel:01752 840307)
Just for the record (Nick) the car left the factory on the 23 November 1966 it was re shelled and delivered back 13 September 1967 all authenticated by Porsche Germany.
Adrian is judging the market and know doubt will arrive at a reasonable price for the car.

I had a good look round it yesterday and it looks to be a really nice driver's car – not a concours queen, but a car to be driven the way Porsche intended. Good luck with the sale – the new owner will have (s)miles of fun ahead of him.
