HI All, back to a 911 after a 26 year hiatus. Just bought a late 76 C3, couldn't justify buying my old car back, 73t, at the price it is now.

Thanks Bootsy, I used to view the forum for the best part of a year before I made the purchase, it's an excellent place for advice & guidance. Regards

Thanks Gents, I procured from RFT (Roger) from this very site, so as I mentioned, it's proven very helpful. Mechanically sound except speedo/odometer not working, changed the sensor, hoping that would do the trick but still nothing. I did see a mention of tapping the face of the odometer whilst driving which I did but the needle just jumped slightly & dropped down, seemed to be under no tension. So thinking it may be internal cogs ??? I've exchanged mails with a guy on IB who fixes them. Unless anyone knows any other tests/fixes to try ?
Needs a respray back to original, Ice Metallic Green & a new interior, cork & tartan hence my request on the Wanted page.
I think I will drive her for what's left of the summer & send her off for the body work & join the queue at Southbound Trimmers.

I believe that is the Sienna Metallic one for sale a couple of years ago as a restoration project. Think it's gone to the right place.!
