electric fuel pump controller

As my 914 came stripped minus engine and box i'm fitting twin carbs.
I've got a new pump and regulator to fit in the new location under the tank. I've seen a control module from a usa supplier which comes in at around £100. Can anyone advise how to set up a controller for the pump that will switch it off if the engine stalls or cuts out.
The one from usa has a 3 second prime when the ignition is switched on and then when the engine is running continues to power the pump so long as it receives a rev signal.
I have no fuse/relay board in the hell hole to use so need to wire in my own controller.
