Auto notification of replies and subscribed topics?

I don't see where my subscribed topics are.
Also, I indicated to be notified of replies in my board preferences, but I have received none?

It hasn't worked for me for years. I just click "view new posts"

Subscribe to posts has been disabled for a long time due to issues it caused
