DDK - Die Deutschen Klassiker

Contemplating doing away with the heat exchangers, but would still need some heat to the cockpit and for screen demisting. I know that the early works rally cars used an Eberspacher fuel fired heater, which I believe was located in the large smuggler's box on these LHD cars. Has anyone devised a system for RHD cars either using an Eberspacher or another alternative heater ?

Heated windscreen & heated seats conversion?

Heated screen is fairly cheap to do, or look out for an e30 BMW convertible rear screen heater on ebay - small electric blower thing which you can snap up for about a tenner.. Fairly easy to fit behind a dash board and plumb into existing ducts
