£75k from JZM this summer and now £70k from PS. The owner must be losing £10k+ then??

aha, fixed the link. It helps if you do url not img!
My logic is that is PS are selling it for 5k less that previously, and it's SOR, so they'll take 8% which makes it that the owner gets 11k (approx) less for their GT3 than they bought it for - and that's assuming it sells at the advertised price!

That's also assuming it sold for the advertised price first time around?
Re: Are they going down in price?
The answer is yes. But these cars are very seasonal around the trackday calendar, albeit last year saw the number advertised for sale go up to 25 cars at any one time, from single digits or sales occurring before advertisement in the prior years. The high 70's was about the price peak last year, and Jzm currently have a car for sale like this one for low 70's. I've been interested thought to observe the rash of gt4s available for sale at large premiums >100k, from which I draw a positive that the exciting manual gearbox Porsche remains well desired.
My speed yellow 25k mile gt3 was for sale mid and late summer last year which was a little late to the market and I did not sell it, though had 3 serious bids at prices below the current market level at which I could have dealt. I should have sold it to pay for the mclaren but oops I still own it:-)

Re: Are they going down in price?
Prices are seasonal so expect to pay less in winter . I think it is going to be difficult to spot trends as there is not a big turnover activity for our cars , and only auctions give a clear idea of achieved prices.
I just cannot believe that asking prices of GT3s doubled in a 12 month period but they did . The same happened for 'average' pre impact bumper cars. I changed my purchase energy in 2015 to classic Ferrari as they seemed to have not increased at the same rate ,and there are relatively less of them , especially in RHD.
I just might go back to Porsche for a pre A - stupid prices for 'good' ones but at least they are rare![Cool 8)](./images/smilies/icon_cool.gif)

Well I do miss my gt3. Was a fine steed!
Re: Are they going down in price?
And to add on the price front, I thought that in the last year or two, off season prices hadn't really softened, just the sales went dead.
