DDK - Die Deutschen Klassiker

We have a set of original Cosmic wheels that need a freshen and as you can still see the machining marks from manufacture I would like to make sure we get them done right.
We have used a few refurb companies in the past with good results but none seem happy putting these right, suggestions welcome please??

you want to see the machining marks or loose them?

Keep them if poss otherwise I would go down the traditional refurb route
