New member from Milton Keynes

Good afternoon.
Just thought I'd introduce myself. I've just registered after speaking to a couple of your members at a campsite at Silverstone last weekend (sorry terrible with names) we were there for the Silverstone Classics and besides the weather it was a great weekend, some amazing cars there both racing and there from the various owners clubs (a huge turn out from Porsche I must add!) My back ground is with VW's, buses mainly, i've owened an early bay and 2 split screens, I currently own a 1966 13 deluxe that i've bought in from California and have been doing up over the last 3 years, it's now pretty much where I want it. My wife and I have 2 young children 6 + 3 yrs and they love spending time in it and camping out.
I've been in the market for a 912 or perhaps a 911 if the budget stretches that far for a good few months now and the two guys I met at Silverstone suggested I post something on here, they said that it was a great forum for enthusiasts and that I may be given some help as to any currently for sale. I not really looking for a project but something usable and looked after, not concourse.
Anyway let me know if there's anything out there and I'll keep you updated on my search.
