Help – gearbox mounts don’t align

The mechanic performing the work on my 1968 911 has converted the gearbox from Sportomatic to manual. On attempting to reinsert all into the car, the gearbox mounts are out of alignment with the original fixings by approx. 30mm. Is this a known problem or has an error been made. What is the fix – adaptor?

He needs a manual mount, which is different to the sporto mount.
