Can You Help Identify Loose Pipe in Engine Bay?

Hello

I was just tidying up a couple of things in an engine bay and noticed a loose brass / copper pipe. Is connected to a hose at the back and seems to be unconnected at the front and just tucked under a breather pipe. Some pics of the offending article below.

Can anyone tell me what it is and if it should be connected to something?

Thanks

Feroz

It's the cold start fuel enrichment. It should be fixed inside the aircleaner. Get it fixed NOW as it's a fire hazard otherwise
