We have just completed a 911R Style Fibreglass Bumper.

As with the original R the Bumper Mould is based on a SWB Bumper and is moulded using a woven mat to provide lightweight and good rigidity.

The main brackets use a fibreglass moulding and have Kaynar Floating Anchors to connect to the body 'irons'. This was the method of fixing used on the 'factory' panels. The small inset shows the main bracket used on 911R - Chassis No. 5.

The corner brackets are manufactured from Aluminium pressings spot welded in the same manner as genuine brackets.

Price is £275.00. We can supply the bumper as a basic 'shell' at reduced cost if required.

A fitting kit with Aluminium 'Irons' and XZN Headed Bolts is also available.

We will also manufacture an ST version with flared corners in the near future.

I saw an early prototype & the fit/finish was excellent - very competitively priced too.

Have to say I fitted mine, which was the production version, last year - I also asked Chris to paint it and fit the stick on number plate - all of which was really worth the extra - and it is perfect.

The Aluminium Bumper Mounting 'irons' for the SWB Front Bumper are now in stock.

Made from 6082-T6 Aluminium and black anodised to improve corrosion resistance.

We have also made the later mounts to suit the 'RS' Front Bumper due in the next few days.

Got one of these on my car. I'll post some pics when it's all painted up.
