Early days, but goes well. Big next steps are paint and interior.

New engine built by Max. New brakes, fuel tank, suspension. New wheels. I'd like to think that all the oily bits are now on the money and now it's the pretty bits.

Hi Neil, seems great, the only reference I have is a Karmann Ghia, and compared with that it's quicker, tighter, more responsive and generally more nimble. I've been told by Max that I need to keep it under 3,500 revs for another 1,000 miles which is a bit of a pain.

Hopefully you'll get to take a look at Stanford Hall. Cheers, Richard.
