What other cool websites do you visit?

Post by mrk »

There seem to be so many great websites, blogs and youtube channels with great car / bike / hot rod / cool design content...some of which gets shared on here....I just wondered what websites DDK'ers recommend?

To kick it off, here are some of my more frequent destinations when I've got a little time to kill and want to immerse myself in some 'cool' (in no particular order)....what else is out there?

My nimble fingers are twitching, hovering teasingly over the throbbing keypad, yearning, wishing, anticipating... should I? I needed to type. Mmm... Licking my forefinger, I aim it squarely at the backlit Helvetica F...

Thats an interesting one but the narrowboat pics show unsafe gas appliances that should be disconnected and the pipework capped with an appropriate fitting!
Oops, must learn to switch off

I spend most of my downtime on http://www.talkaudio.co.uk looking after and advising the world about car hifi.. its more of a social club though, a bit like DDK.

Cars, Music, making stuff and a bit of Cubists finest.

My 914 is here - Dont click if you are adverse to modifying cars, although to most from the outside it looks untouched. £10k worth of hifi and sounds higher quality and soundstages better than a friends 70k Pro mixing studio which he just had rebuilt. (That seriously miffed him off!!) lol !!

914 - all original for fun
Mini cooper - All original for the daily commute
VW Touareg 3.0 - breathed on to pull out tree stumps
