I am in the process of buying a 77, C3 and i would like some advice please;

It is coming from Glasgow, where i need to organise a PPI, can any of you recommend anyone local to the area who could complete one for me within the next couple of weeks?

I would also like to check the Chassis and Engine numbers?

Motortune in Shotts seem knowledgeable.

Which car is it? There aren't many C3s, there's a good chance someone here will know it.

Bert's the register secretary for this model so maybe drop him a pm with the car's details in case he's familiar with it?

Motortune at Shotts is where the car is having a service and they have looked after it for a while.

Is it ok to have a PPI there? or is it wiser to have somebody fully independant?

Motortune seem to have a good reputation.

They will know it better than anyone. So long as you pay them for the service and get in in writing it ought to be fine.
