Last weekend in the Belgian fields of flanders, the Ypres Historic Rallys took place.
Bad luck forced multiple Belgian Rally Champion Patrick Snyers back in the rankings, despite
the fact that he was the fastest in his class driving a Porsche 911.

Too bad for Porsche, as Bernard Munster succeeded an overall victory in the Nationals class in his Porsche 911.
A victory in the FIA would have meant a double victory for Porsche. Well, maybe next edition.

The grey Porsche (324) sounded and looked the dogs bo......s!
This year was not such a happy hunting ground for Porsche. On one stage alone there were three of them and a Lancia 037 in ditches. Wonder what the value of cars off on that one stage was? Glenn Jansens, in the Tuthill run car, had a spectacular exit backwards into a ditch.
Great event as always
