912s at Stanford Hall - WOW - great turnout

Hi folks,
I met a few of the 912 owners at Stanford Hall this bank holiday weekend, what a great turnout to see 12 912s together in the sunshine.
I have been into VWs and classic Porsches for 30 years and thought this Stanford Hall was one of the best shows I've ever attended in the UK. Hat's off to the organisers.
It was great to meet Danny Maher (912 owner) who I had not seen for 20+ years and catch up on the 912 scene. Good to meet Ian (Porsche 912, 914-6, and Tractor owner) who took the time to come and look at the 912 parts I had brought to sell, and hopefully was happy with the parts he bought.
I do not currently own a 912 but did back in 2005 when I went to California and bought 2 1967 912s, one ruby red on chrome steels with 400k on the clock with full service history (an amazing car for the mileage) which I sold to a guy who was going to take part in historic rallying. The other was bought from a great guy called Steve Endom (an LAPD sergeant from the South Bay area) who had fully rebuilt his Champagne yellow 912 for his wife's 40th birthday only to find she preferred V8 yankee cars. It then sat in his garage for the next 12 months until I bought it. The car was really nice with fuchs deep dish 6" rims that had been detailed. I sold this car to a guy from near Rugby and would love to know where it is now.
Happy to talk re anything relating to 912s and VWs and will email a list of the parts I have if anyone wants to take a look.
