DDK - Die Deutschen Klassiker

Darren and I met up in Bristol for the Avenue Drivers Club get together. Surprisingly, no early Porsche but an eclectic mix of lovingly cared for cars. It was the first time there for me and it's a good venue that gives space to wander among the cars, coffee in hand. A friendly place with plenty of interesting cars and people happy to chat about their pride & joy.

Here are few of my snaps and Darren will be along soon with some proper pics. No apology for so many of the Lotus Cortina, it was pretty special to my eye.

A great spot to meet up with some really interesting cars. I'd imagine on a nice Spring/Summer morning this event could be really quite special and an enjoyable way to spend a couple of hours.

Porsches were thin on the ground but those there were the real deal….
