Frst glance looks good
Hate to tar American restos with the same brush but obviously the quality of the work would need to be checked
Nice car if it checks out

Looks very nicely done. Think you could probably chip a little off the price though it's not unrealistic...

I have fallen into the trap of buying a fully restored US import which looked all shiney and new.
However within a year the bubbles started to appear and once stripped back to the so called bare metal it was full of filler and the US fav 'bondo' etc.
It might be fantastic and a really good buy, BUT, as Bootsy pointed out the US dont restore cars to the same standard as Europe.
You could spend £30K on the car then need to spend another £30k putting it right.
Take someone with you who knows their stuff, it would be worth paying someone couple hundred pounds to check it over for piece of mind.

Prehaps Hendrick recognises it, it`s just down the road from him.

Yes, I saw this on ebay a week or two ago. Looks nice from the photos, however I don't know the seller and haven't ever seen (or heard about) the car at any of the local shows or just driving around.
If any of you are serious about the car and want me to have a proper look at it (I am 2 miles from the seller) then let me know as I will be happy to do so.
