you can't just say 'well, 911 prices are high, therefore 914s are also justifiably high'.....BS

don't get me wrong, I love 914s, but that is a stupid price IMO

:?
Dreaming of driving a pre-A 356, actually commuting in a Cayman and for the weekend, a 911 'thing', with a Carrera 3 engine ( we think).

With just over 4 hours to go, this RHD 1.7 has hit £7,100.

I personally don’t think this car will sell, as there is a reserve; at a guess £20K+

The seller could be testing the market.

The 914 does look nice in the photos but, have not seen it in the flesh to see how nice the conversion was done.

His end statement say's
“So go ahead, buy yourself a usable and appreciating classic that is cheap and easy to run for a fraction of the price of a 911 from the same period.”

Yeah, I've been watching too Kev. I doubt it'll sell either but very interested to see what the final bid is.

Hammer down at £8,988 and reserve not met. I'll be interested to see if it is relisted. Still, £9k is a pretty decent price, slightly more than I thought it would reach.

There seems to be a steady flow of 914’s coming up for sale on eBay.
Most are unregistered imports.

What is that thing, on the boot lid ?
