I got the catalogue the other day and saw it. I just can't understand thhe piece of copy at the end....

"This is an opportunity for clients to take instant delivery of a seriously good looking, but very useable 911 – with the option of upgrading the existing power unit or fitting a 300bhp power unit as per period S-T in the future - that would take more than six months to repeat."

I think they're suggesting that it would take 6 months to build a similar car but you can avoid the wait by buying this car ...

If it was LHD I'd be seriously tempted.

So am I right in thinking, due to the lack of anything written about the actual engine the car has fitted, that this car has a standard 3.2 fitted. If so I don't see the 40K+ valuation put on it.

i think the valuation is pie in the sky for an 87 car, however good looking, unless its got £20k of new ST spec 2.5 short stroke in it

but, it looks good, the Autofarm "brand" is worth something, and someone will see it post a few glasses at lunch, imbued with the whole Goodwood spirit and pay £50k for it i reckon
